    We recommend bringing: A yoga mat (we have complimentary mats if needed), comfortable, stretchy clothing, water bottle. Our studio provides all props and complimentary tea for your practice.

  • Q: I'm completely new to yoga. Which class should I start with?

    We recommend starting with Hatha or Yin classes, which are typically gentler and include detailed instruction. Our small class size (maximum 9 students) ensures you'll receive personal attention and proper alignment guidance.

  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?

    Please notify us at least 4 hours before class if you need to cancel. You can also cancel via your MindBody app. This allows others to join the class, as we maintain small class sizes.goes here

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. This allows time for:

    Yes, our experienced teachers can modify poses for various conditions. Please arrive early to class to discuss any concerns with your instructor. Our small class size ensures personal attention and appropriate modifications.

    We prioritize the health and safety of our community. Our studio is regularly cleaned and sanitized. We encourage students to bring their own mats and props, but we also offer sanitized equipment for use. If you're feeling unwell, please rest at home and join us when you're better.
