    Arrive Early

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. This allows time for check-in, setting up your space, and settling in.

    Silence Your Devices

    To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence your phone and other electronic devices before entering the studio.

    Dress Comfortably

    Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid strong perfumes.

    Hydrate and Nourish

    Drink water before class and avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours prior to practice.

  • During Class

    Listen to Your Body

    Practice at your own pace and honor your body's limits. Our instructors are here to guide you, so feel free to ask for modifications.

    Stay Present

    Focus on your breath and movements. This is your time to connect with yourself and the practice.

    Mind Your Mat

    Keep your mat and props organized to allow space for others. Clean up any spills or sweat with the provided towels.

  • After Class

    Clean Up

    Wipe down your mat and any props used during class. We provide cleaning supplies for your convenience.

    Express Gratitude

    Thank your instructor and fellow students for sharing the practice. Always feel free to ask questions or share feedback.
